Ma Po Tofu

This Ming Dynasty Sichuan disk is as spicy as you make it, or as vegetarian as you like it!

Cut and cook washed tofu and beef, (or exempt the beef) and sautee with fernted blak beans, ginger, chili paste, green onions etc.

I totally recommend it. Cannot go wrong. I hav made it three times and ordered it at two different places. That is why I am just showing some pictures and giving the recipies! So many ways to do it 🙂
